Whichever way you look at the hipster-styled mocked up logos for some of the world’s most recognised brands, there is a sense of deprivation. A lack of personality and self expression.
Brands come to live when they convey meanings. In the monochrome environment, it feels like they are being dressed up according to certain requirements. A constraint by standardisation.
Putting that aside, there are some interesting interpretation of the brands and how they influence the logo design.
